Located at the northeast corner of the Blackthorn Golf Course in the rapidly developing Blackthorn Corporate Park, The Blue Heron provides an airy country club ambiance featuring large open vistas overlooking two of the prettiest golf holes in Michiana. The Blackthorn Corporate Park is located at the junction of the Indiana Toll Road and the U.S. 31 bypass around South Bend. There is presently a direct access from the park to the Toll Road and the Bypass directly into the Park. The Blue Heron marries the hominess of Cape Cod Colonial with the pragmatism of Prairie Architecture. The grand ballroom is 4,500 square feet, which can be divided into three smaller 1500 square feet. rooms.
